Welcome to BonMassage! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, now proudly offered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our services.

2. Services Provided

BonMassage provides professional massage and wellness treatments in the comfort of your home, hotel, or office within Dubai. All services are subject to therapist availability and must be booked in advance.

3. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, via WhatsApp, or by calling us directly. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and therapist are available.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Refunds are issued in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy. No refunds are provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

5. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and potential reporting to authorities if necessary.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Intellectual Property
